Carry the Cause for CASA - Designer Purse Raffle

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, supporting the mission and vision of the Fifth Circuit CASA: Court Appointed Special Advocates.

The Fifth Circuit CASA program launched in Brown County on November 4, 2024, with a mission to promote and protect the best interests of abused and neglected children involved in court proceedings through the advocacy of trained volunteers. We serve the entire Fifth Judicial Circuit, which includes the counties of Brown, Spink, Walworth, Roberts, Campbell, Faulk, McPherson, Edmunds, Day, and Marshall.

In less than a year, we have recruited, trained, and sworn in volunteers as officers of the court. Today, they are already serving 18 children ranging from infancy to age 17 across four counties. While this is an impactful start, more than 100 children in our circuit still face abuse and neglect without a CASA to sit with them during this difficult time and be their voice…
